Jonathan Springfield
Chief Executive Officer – Ascot International Consulting Ltd
Jonathan Springfield is the Chief Executive Officer of Ascot International Consulting Ltd, a UK-based international consulting and investment advisory firm focused on strategic growth, market intelligence, and global investment opportunities.
With over two decades of professional experience, Jonathan has built a career spanning business consulting, financial markets, real estate investments, technology, and international advisory services across the UK, Europe, Asia, Africa, North America, and other global markets. His leadership is grounded in strong analytical discipline, commercial strategy, and a deep understanding of macroeconomic, geopolitical, and sector-specific dynamics.
As CEO, Jonathan leads the firm’s strategic direction, market research, investment evaluation, and international expansion initiatives. He oversees the identification and assessment of opportunities across real estate, private assets, and emerging investment sectors, ensuring alignment with long-term value creation, risk management, and sustainable growth.His role also includes building global partnerships, setting performance benchmarks, and maintaining high governance and ethical standards.
He holds a BA (Hons) in Business Economics with Accounting from Middlesex University and is a Certified Mortgage Specialist (USA). He is also a professional member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT). Earlier in his career, he worked as a senior IT and hardware engineer, giving him a rare blend of financial, operational, and technical expertise.In addition to his corporate career, Jonathan has held director-level roles in charitable organisations, supporting governance, funding strategy, and institutional development. He is also active in voluntary and community-based initiatives.
Also is recognised for his ability to operate at board and executive level, advising stakeholders on strategy, investment structuring, risk mitigation, and cross-border business development in complex and fast-changing environments.
